SOE Continuing Education

Teach a Continuing Education Course

School of Education CE courses are taught at off-campus locations or online and include content in the following areas:

  • Counseling and educational psychology
  • Urban leadership and policy studies in education
  • Curriculum and instruction
  • Technology for educators
  • Math
  • Special education
  • Reading
  • English language learners
  • Other special topics that may be relevant to one of the SOE graduate programs

Compensation is based on experience, or can be coordinated through a school district or other organization.  If you're qualified, hold a master's degree or higher, and interested in teaching a graduate-level course through SOE Continuing Education, contact Sheri Volpe or refer to CE course guidelines and procedures.

Propose a course

Course Proposals include the following elements:

  1. Contact information of coordinating person and instructor (if different than coordinator)
  2. Vita or resume of instructor
  3. Proposed course syllabus (syllabus template)

The CE proposal checklist can provide details, submit via mail or email to Sheri Volpe

Please note: Courses cannot be topics already offered through the School of Education.
