Support the School of Education

Support from alumni and friends can help our students achieve their academic goals.  The greatest need for the SOE is student scholarships.  The average scholarship amount is about $1,500 per student, covering about two credit hours towards an undergraduate degree.  There is an unmet need to support aspiring teachers, mental health professionals, and education leaders.  Your generosity would add to the resources available for needed scholarships, widen access to higher education, and improve the quality of life in Kansas City and beyond.

Other areas of student need are housing, books, and program support to ensure all degree programs have enough assets to achieve full potential.  Unrestricted gifts can help meet immediate needs of SOE, impacting recruitment and retention of students.
