Each summer we hold a PLC Summer Academy to kick-off training for  schools new to the project. "PLC Coaching Teams" are typically made up of the school principal and two lead teachers who spend four days gaining a solid understanding of PLC's so they can take the information back to their faculty. In past years the Summer Academy has been held at the Lake of the Ozarks in South-Central Missouri.
