The UMKC Center for Economic Education is primarily funded by The Cloud L. Cray Foundation and the Missouri Council on Economic Education with affiliation to the National Council for Economic Education.

Our Services Include:

• Training K-12 teachers and pre-service students in economics, content, and effective teaching methods
• Consulting with schools and districts to develop a spiraling economics curriculum and select appropriate instructional resources
• Produce K-12 economics teacher guides and web sites
• Assist schools and districts in evaluating teacher and student achievement gains

• Conducting research on economic education
