ONE GRADUATE CONTINUING EDUCATION HOUR

Participants will:

• be introduced to Missouri's Economic GLE's that students, by grade levels, are required to know and apply,

• integrate economic concepts into existing curriculum through the use of children's/young adult literature,

• analyze current event topics from an economic perspective,

• create lessons and an interactive bulletin board to implement in the classroom,

• collaborate and get ideas from other educators during on-line discussions.

INTEGRATING ECONOMICS AND HISTORY

• analyze past and present event topics from an economic persepective,

• create lessons and gain resources to use in the classroom,

• collaborate and get ideas from other educators during on-line discussions.
