The middle school education teacher certification program is for those who want to teach grades 5-9 and may choose more than one emphasis area: language arts, mathematics, natural science, or social studies. This program places student teachers in one of our nine partner school districts and emphasis is on teaching within urban or diverse settings.
With this teacher certification program, students who have their undergraduate degree may obtain a master's degree at the same time by taking four additional classes.
