The UMKC Welcome Center offers two campus visit options: Weekday Visits and UMKC Preview Days. Both feature admissions and scholarship presentations, walking tours of campus, and the opportunity to talk to representatives of UMKC programs.
If you are transferring from another college or university or are a career changer and interested in becoming certified to teach, we recommend completing a transcript evaluation (Sorry, currently unavailable as we are going through transition for Fall 2017 pending final state approvals). Once we determine how your coursework will transfer and meet program requirements, we will call you to set up an appointment with an academic advisor.

The School of Education Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) Division provides educators with practical tools and approaches to meet current challenges in education.
