This new one-year cadre program has been developed with mid-career (3-8 years experience) teachers in mind. The Seminar will give teachers opportunities to learn and practice high-engagement strategies, and add high-impact instructional practices to their teaching repertoire. This program will not require the loss of any classroom time for the teacher!
ALL SESSIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED VIRTUALLY. Cadre members will begin with two 90 minute virtual sessions on July 28 & 29. Six additional Study Sessions will be held throughout the year, focusing on research-based high-impact instructional practices and engagement strategies. ALL PRACTICES AND STRATEGIES WILL BE TAUGHT FOR USE IN FACE-TO-FACE OR VIRTUAL INSTRUCTION. Study Sessions will have a follow-up small group session about two weeks later, giving cadre members the opportunity to debrief their use of the new strategies and receive peer feedback and coaching assistance.
*SESSIONS CAN BE TAKEN AS SINGLE SESSIONS-Register separately.
