Participants must complete Level I prior to attending Level II training.
What can you do to address the needs of at-risk readers/writers? This training will provide a closer look into understanding, reaching and teaching students with reading difficulties that might be signs of dyslexia. Understanding processing needs of these learners will ensure deeper multi-sensory instruction and how changing the teaching approach can change the brain. Active participation will be expected as participants practice instructional strategies for evidence based effective reading/writing lessons. Participants will leave with instructional strategies to put into place immediately.
